My complaint:
Hi i am a 84 year old male went to CVS to get a flu shot checked in gave them my insurance card have been geting shots last 3 years their, She took my card than asked me for my social red and blue card also she was on computer at least 30 minutes called the pharmast thay both took another 30 minutes kept me standing all the time grtting more and more uncomftorable finally i went with a nurse to get my shot sat down after one hour she took my temp with a light she said i had 101.6 that i was sick could not get a shot that i was sick i left really discusted no shot went to my DR. office thay used a thomater under my tongue temp 98.6 not sick just abused my CVX
Suggested solution:
i want $5000 for the abuse and suffering i took at their hands if dont pay i will sue them in court as i am a retired lawyer but i can handle my own case
