My complaint:

It was raining and I wanted to pick up a prescription. Waited in drive through line for 10 minutes with no movement, I was behind 6 cars. Went inside and stood in line. A manager, Ken Spencer, was behind one of the registers. When I told him of the delay , he said nothing and did nothing.When I said this was an unacceptable response, he said it was probably due to someone taking a covid test. I said you would know if you checked. and if it was true you should open the second window for dropoffs and pickups. He blew me off and was rude about it.

Suggested solution:

Reprimand Ken Spence and if drive through line is being used by someone taking covid test open up second lane for dropoff and pickup .
