My complaint:
CVS Representative put in the wrong code in their computer, I was not able to get my medication, which they stated I needed a pre authorization, which was in correct, I’ve never needed a pre authorization, I get my seizure medication every month, so just to say, after numerous calls to Humana my insurance company handled my problem after 6 days, there is a quick turn around at this pharmacy, so you never know what your going to get!!!!! Just to add they are messing up peoples prescriptions and they don’t care. I could have had a bad seizure.
Suggested solution:
Hire staff that are knowledgeable,!!!!
