My complaint:

I was scheduled by your recruiter […] for a job interview at 11:30 am today, 05262019. When 11:30 am came, I got an email from her asking me to add my work history in my application. I don’t quite understand why at this point in time she is asking for my work history since my application would not be accepted by your computer system if I did not complete that information from the beginning. Then she said that she could not contact me and she left me a message then she said she called again and left a second message which I did not receive. I requested her number so that I could call her but she did not answer and instead sent me an email saying that she needs to reschedule because she has back to back interviews. She never gave me a date nor a time. I am very frustrated at this point because she cancelled my interview and claimed she has back to back interviews when in fact it was only 11:34 am when all these took place. It’s embarrassing to know that you have a human resource recruiter who is not willing to work with potential talents for your company. I hope you can bring this matter up with her and please indicate that she should be more willing to work with the applicant. I have attached the email string from her today. I hope to let my family and friends know about this experience. It has left a negative impression on CVS’ process of hiring its staff.

Suggested solution:

Please give me a fair chance to interview. I know [recruiter] could have done so today.
