CVS Health complaint: Never answer’s their phone!!

My complaint:

I was on hold for exactly 57 minutes 30 seconds!! this is ridiculous, I live in a very rural area and about 25 minutes to this location and was wanting to know if the prescription was ready before I drove there. Because of my rural location we are unable to get cell service or WiFi so I am not able to access the website, so I have to call. As I am typing this I am on hold again for another CVS location to see if I could transfer my prescription to them and I have now been on hold with them for 21 minutes 39 seconds. This is unacceptable, I will be checking to see what other pharmacy my insurance covers and switch immediatley!

Duh....how about answering the phone!
