My complaint:
I just received my 7 wigs, which are all huge disappointments. I video recorded myself taking them out of their individual bags, and to the touch, they were already shedding.
Moreover, two of them did not appear as advertised. And the front part of them was tough and uncomfortable on my head. Not to mention, they looked extra wiggy.
Please help me to return them all. I have a hair condition and really depended on these wigs for support during the holidays, but now I’m just left in tears and frustration.
I have tried to contact them on the email address they provided me, which is the same email address they sent me a message on, and was sent an undeliverable reply that the email address is not useable.

I can return ALL of their wigs and I want all of my money back, to include my fee to ship.
