My complaint:
Cutemay on Facebook, item ordered and paid for early April. Not recieved, contacted via email as per their instructions to report. No response. Then messaged on Facebook asking for a refund and reported site, no response. Then commented via post on their Facebook page, no response. Do effectively they are now withholding monies equating to approximately €30.
Suggested solution:
I want a refund and an apology.
