I paid £408.99 for a new oven on 150320 but when it was delivered on 19 03 20 I was informed that it would not fit and it never left their van and went back to the depot.i spoke to the New Malden branch and I was promised that the manager would arrange the refund within 24 hours to my credit card used.13 days later nothing and they no longer bother answering their phones at branch or head office. Credit card company are unhelpful without currys acceptance so I have no refund and no oven.as we are both self isolating due to medical reasons for me and age for my wife.it is a serious problem.
