My complaint:
I bought a product a fuel fuel beko cooker in October 2021 online.It was to be collected and replaced. Due to stock issues I had to separately have a collection and refund and go in store to order a replacement. The faulty item was collected on 8th June and the replacement from in store delivered and installed. The faulty item was wrongly logged as scrapped. I have ring several times for my refund to be told it was put through on1st July but I have not received it and it still has not been sorted. I have been told twice the issue will be escalated and I will be contacted for an update by phone and no one has rung back. I have rung back today 9th July and then the call was cut off. I need the refund to pay for the replacement which I should not have had to arrange separately
Suggested solution:
Give my refund which is now over due by over 4 weeks
