My complaint:
The in let pipe of the washing machine bought from and installed by Currys PC World was leaking. The leak was a slow drip and went unnoticed until the floor became warped and squelching.
The installers did not check the water inlet after connection.
Suggested solution:
Some assistance with repairs and refund for the inadequate installation
