My complaint:
Called to have my Tv refunded as it was freezing and not working correctly. I was told as it was bought online and collected in store it had to be collected by DPD at my house and that it would take 5 days to resolve. I called back after the 5 days to be told it would be 10 days. I called back after the 10 to be told it hadnt arrived at the warehouse and it hadnt been scanned in so they escalated it to be checked. I was told i would get a refund within 24 hours of that as it was now 11 days. I called back after 24 hours to be hung up on and told there was nothing they could do. I was then told it was being processed manually and it would take 3-5 working days for my refund.
Suggested solution:
My complaint was not resolved with currys. They claim to have followed all of their procedures correctly even after ive been told something different every time i have called. I now dont know if i will be getting a refund at all.
