My complaint:
I ordered my food and I had a coupon for two for one double burger. I gave coupon to cashier and he called mgr to show that it had already expired two weeks earlier and they refused to give me the seven dollar discount. I told him that these coupons come out like once a week so what was the big deal. Mgr was not nice and refused. Good customer service would be well I can do it this time but next time bring a coupon before it expires. She was not nice even me being in my 70’s I don’t appreciate rudeness. Then after we ate I had another coupon for a free dish of ice cream or a cone with your purchase and here comes rude mgr again and said I can only have chocolate or vanilla or flavor of the day which I didn’t care for that flavor and said just give me vanilla and can you just put some chocolate syrup on it so it’s not so plain. She said she’s not supposed to but gave me a nasty look and put a tiny bit of syrup on it. I have been to this new Culver’s a lot and most of the people who work there don’t understand English very well that manager made this experience so bad I will not go there again so I suggest when you have mgrs that don’t understand about good communication and people skills , they need to be trained that sometimes you have to do what makes people happy so you don’t lose business. My friends and neighbors will not go to that location again because of untrained managers. At least she spoke better English than most of the other employees.
