My complaint:
I ordered a meal and it was delivered to the car in front of me. The girl went back and got my meal from him and my meal had been opened by him. The girl said she would get me another meal and refund my money. The manager gave me a gift card for a value meal. When I went to use the card, they up charged me for the onion rings. I said you should not charge me because I had ordered onion rings and paid the up charge on the meal this was replacing. The manager Callie got very defensive and downright ugly. I will not be back to Culvers if this is the way you treat your customers.
Suggested solution:
Give me a meal that I paid for without up charging for what I’ve already paid up charge for.
