My complaint:
I placed an order in drive through at 4:27 pm and sat until 5 pm when I finally entered the store. The girl was rude and stated I am coming out with all the orders. She had waited until she had at least 4 orders to deliver outside and I was first in line and she actually started at the back and I was last to get my food. It was cold. The ice cream had melted and this is the third time that it has been a thirty minute wait. The last time I actually left without my food. I actually sat and waited 37 minutes in a fast food drive through. The last time was actually 35 after I drove away.
Suggested solution:
At least free meals for the two cold ones I received and the one I drove away from. Talk to workers and tell them to deliver when the food is ready, don’t wait for 4 orders.
