My complaint:
This day was ridiculous. I waited 38 minutes in the Drive-Thru at 7:52 at night. When I finally got to the window of the drive-thru there was no apology no acknowledgment that anyone had waited that long. The line in the Drive-Thru stood still for 20 minutes or longer. I mean completely still like no orders were taken no food was given out as far as I could see. Unfortunately I was not able to back out or leave because of the way the drive-thru was set up. I can’t imagine what would have caused this delay.
Suggested solution:
Explain what happened or apologize. I don't really care I just want somebody to know that this one dropped the ball completely today
