My complaint:
I drive from Maryland to check on a storage unit that my family set up 2 years ago. The account is a military account since I have proudly served. My wife set up the original account with the store employee whim is the chief of this complaint. My wife had left the original card that had our gate information on it. The clerk stated that we needed ID and proof that we own the account. information was then provided to clerk. Clearly stated that I was not on the military account in which I am the only military member of our family. I provided the exact debit card that is used for the re-occuring bill payment. I asked for a corporate number to fix my account when the clerk told me that calling corporate will not help and she will fix my account when she feels like it. I asked if the matter could be escalated to Higher management, I was then asked to find the corporate number myself or look on the side of the building
Suggested solution:
There needs to be a long discussion on mannerism and customer service. Cube smart should be embarrassed to have this employee representing the company. Accountability has to start somewhere
I rent in laurel maryland from cubesmart each time I go there the whole place is dirty. They dont want to hire stuff to clean up when we pay them a lot of money. Dust blows into units that makes Our stuff in units dirty all the time. I have complained and other people have complained but nothing is done. They will tell you that they will take care of the place. After 2 months same problems continues. There are rodents dropping everywhere.
