My complaint:
Crypto denied my verification. I submitted my license with my selfie and requested date document. I have reached out to Crypto.com numerous times with no response from them. I have coins and this is them stealing from me. I have asked what is the next to step to be able to resolve this and no response.
Suggested solution:
Reopen my account to be able to transfer my coins out from their app.
