My complaint:
I staked $4000 worth of cro and was told I would receive a indigo Visa card. It’s been 70 days am still no card. Crypto.com said they ship within 7-14 days. However, I have yet to receive mine. All they do is say sorry and to wait. I understand there can be delays, however, if a company cannot fulfill their promise on what they are marketing for then they are lying.
Suggested solution:
I should have my money unlocked as I only staked it for my card that I have yet to get. I know Crypto.com can unlock staked money as they did it once before for me.
