My complaint:
First they offer no customer service number. I requested a supervisor to contact me on numerous occasions. I have been unable to withdraw my funds and close my account. I have be trying for entire month. They have ne jumping through all kinds of hoops. I had to send a copy of my driver licenses, social security card and my bank statement. I then was told I had to open Swift and but the instructions provided don’t work. I cannot get anyone to help me get my money. They just give me the run around.
Suggested solution:
Allow me to withdraw my money and close the account
