Crypto.com complaint: Tried to sign up and now they’re refusing to cancel my account

My complaint:

So long story short. I wanted to sell my art work via NFTs. Now I signed up. They had a ton of unreasonable security. Like having 60 seconds to have a code texted to my phone which never came that quick. They asked for an ID of any kind, I provided it, they didn’t accept it. Now to explain in my state you are allowed a digital ID. I don’t drive anymore I don’t Drink nor smoke I work from home…So a physical ID I don’t use anymore. Now the App i use from my state you can’t screen shot it. And they won’t accept a screen showed ID ANYWAY. Anyway I contacted customer service I asked them nicely to if could please close out my account. Note they’re website says they’ll resolve issues within 20 minutes. It took me almost 8 hours plus they required me to take selfies writing stuff down and other Ludicrous things just so I’d be told it will happen later.

Suggested solution:

Close my account with proof it closed and erase all my private info I didn't even concent yet to USE.
