My complaint:

I sent a BTC payment of £9159.13 on Monday 2nd March 2021 at 14:19pm to another wallet. It is still showing pending on Crypto.com.

I have sent numerous messages on support to look into this matter but no one responded yet.

I am very disappointed with the customer service from Crypto.com. This payment was for Bitcoin trading and I have been deprived of potentially earning any profit.

Suggested solution:

They should've processed the payment by now and most importantly should respond to my messages. I havent received any messages from them now its been 5 days and not sure how long before they will respond???

There sign up is garbage.. I signed up and it took 4 days for pending to finally clear.. Meaning able to do bank transfers.. Then I went to transfer 100$ just to see it happen and it’s going on 4 days almost that my funds are not there,.. I’ve been on there chat thing and they keep saying they’ve moved me up to escalate the problem.. Meanwhile I’ve missed out on 5 referrals due to the problem i’m having that they don’t want.. and missed out on XRP at a cheap price..
