My complaint:
I made a proven transaction on June 28th. Shown in my bank account and on crypto.com. I tried my best with them but no results.. fraud evidently took place. They supposed to be a reputable company with insurance coverage and highly secured but evidently they are not.
Suggested solution:
I expect every penny plus fees recovered and given back to me period. No ifs, and or buts.over$ 23,000 missing. I would send a proof picture but it won't let me.
