My complaint:
I used to be able to login quite easily with my fingerprints. Now since about a week ago after a mandatory app update I’ve been locked out of my account. I’ve been in contact with customer support and they continue giving me the same advice sending me a link that goes to a fake website. I have $4,000 invested in cryptocurrency on the app I no longer have access to. Feels like a big scam
Suggested solution:
Either reinstate my account or refund my $4,000
