Crypto.com complaint: Cybercrime trapped my money

My complaint:

Back in January I was a victim of cybercriminals who tricked me into putting some money into my Crypto.com app and then locked me out of my own account. I immediately got in touch with Crypto.com via email and let them know. Since that time I have tried time and again to retrieve my funds to no avail. I have authenticated my identity so many times that I have lost count and they have not yet followed through with their responsibilities in this matter. Meanwhile, in a volital market I continue to lose money and I don’t even have access to it in order to keep track of it. I have told them all repeatedly that I am not a client, rather I am a victim and they have no respect or compassion for my situation. They are just as bad as the criminals who created this situation.

Suggested solution:

They should give me my money, apologize profusely and include my losses. I would love to sue them as well because I have ptsd and other forms of mental illness and the whole ordeal has costed me a lot more than just money.
