My complaint:
Crypto.com failed to deposit my Canadian funds and I’ve been waiting for over 60hours now. Without letting me know the incident, they posted it in their public incident report while they kept asking me to wait longer until the deposit was completed. It usually takes 15-20min for them to deposit it. At a point, I learned it was an incident from the post and since then asked again and again how much longer. But they said they couldn’t guarantee how much longer but told me to wait. They didn’t listen to my refund requests. Just a little while ago, I found my case was resolved according to their public incident report. But it was not actually. I asked them why, and then they said my incident was on the previous day. But not report on that day. I asked them to explain. They couldn’t answer and told me to wait longer. In the meantime, I’ve spent a lot of energy, time on this and lost some business opportunities. With the money missing, I’ve been stuck. I emailed their head office, I emailed their company email but both redirected me to the app support I’m in touch with. At the moment, all I can do is just following their arbitrary control. But I need the money ASAP.
Suggested solution:
1. Quickly complete the deposit. Or
2. Refund it to me.
3. Plus in either case, they should provide me with the valid reason why it delayed a lot.
