My complaint:
I have staked £3000 for six months with the company but they have failed to send me the card as promised.
I have provided several proof of addresses; residential address, work address and friend address but they failed to deliver the card and so I didn’t get the benefits I was promised for staking a large amount of money for 6 months.
Suggested solution:
Refund £3000 if unable to send card.
