My complaint:

I have purchased btc through my defi crypto app. Once the btc was received from their hot wallet I accidently mistakenly sent the btc I purchased back to their hot wallet instead of my personal address. I went to the help centre through both the defi app and the crypto.com app help. After that investigated the case through my evidence sent through they ed the mistaken transaction and advised they would return my funds to my defi wallet within 24-48 hours this was 24 hours after they started the investigation. I have now waited 48 HOURS and I haven’t received my btc back to my wallet I have emailed them I have been patient I have advise them on me needing this btc return asap because I had to buy more btc to send off after the mistake had happened. My anxiety my frustration my mental health they do not care about. They have ed but not sent my btc I need my btc back please find attached the evidence

Suggested solution:

They have not honoured their word on ing they would send my btc back to my wallet that I purchased. I even agreed to pay a $50 retrieval fee.
