My complaint:

I was chatting with a agent he gave instructions on how to send a video but he didn’t send me the code like the instructions read my video was continuously denied I gave him a bad rating and contacted another representative named Constantine she referred me back to him this began at 3:11 pm and ended at around 2:30am I spend 12 hours being played and humiliated continuously between these 2 representative Everytime I send something he would wait like 30 minutes to tell me I need to do something else between the two of them they were messaging me smiling faces emoji I even informed Constantine I didn’t want to chat anymore with Merrick because I gave him a bad rating and wasn’t being helped properly but she continued to refer me back to him.

I’m exhausted frustrated and hurt I don’t like to play the race card but I can’t help but feel I would have been treated differently if I wasn’t a African American women I feel frustrated and humiliated even now I woke up feeling depressed over the situation I realized joke was continuously on me for 12 hours I also will be reporting crypto.com to SeC for receiving a tax form that claims I spend over 50,000 dollars more in Crypto than I actually did I never thought in a million years that I would treated with so much disrespect between two employees around 10 hours later Merrick sent me the code that he was supposed to give me hours before so I did another video around 2 hours later he told me to take a screenshot of my 2fa screen and than told me the conversation has been going on for quite sometime he will end the chat until I reach him again with another smiley face emoji I never got anything resolved and I truly don’t understand how anyone can be so cruel
