My complaint:

CROWNE PLAZA, SAN PEDRO, CALIFORNIA:

We have stayed at this hotel on more than one occasion. Our travel agent, ABC Travel – Beaver, UT made reservations for 1272020 via Veronica (group contact at San Pedro). He found it necessary to cancel the reservations and Veronica said they were cancelled. However, I was charged $264.95 for that night. Called on 2132020 and was told that Veronica is out for the month of February and referred me to sales department. Sales department advised that an account manager would check out the situation and call me back. As of this date, I have not heard from at the hotel. Charge was made on American Express card. I cannot file a dispute with them unless I can give them a cancellation date. HELP HELP!

Suggested solution:

Refund my $264.95. I can only suggest that you contact the hotel in San Pedro, CA (Crowne Plaza Los Angeles Harbor Hotel San Pedro 855-479-0732) andor the travel agent (ABC Travel) 435 438-5431.
