My complaint:
I waited 1:05 hours for a simple meatloaf lunch special. During that time our waitress Michelle never bothered to tell us what the problem might be. When my food finally arrived it was cold and the mash potatoes were not eatable. Then to add insult to injury it took another half hour to get my check. When Michelle brought our check she threw it as if we were pond scum. All in all we spent 2 hours do travel time for a meal that was not even tolerable.
Suggested solution:
Refund of our check of 41.62 and perhaps give Michelle a training course on how to be a proper server.
