My complaint:

Ordered roast beef dinner. after 30 minutes food came. they served me pressed hamburger steak or some kind of food. The manager came over and he didn’t even know what it was. Took it back, said would be five minutes, 15 went by, my husband already finished his meal. Mine came out very tough and was unable to eat it. Told my waitress and also manager and the casher all they did was say sorry about that. The casher said They were understaffed, tables full of dirty dishes. We drove for an hour to eat there, and we go to cracker-barrel a lot , SO , SO DISAPPOINTED IN HOW THEY HANDELED THIS The least they could have done was took my meal off my ticket since i didn’t get to eat it. Took the money off bill or offered free meal next time, that is if there is a next time. don't have picture
