My complaint:

On the 12 of June my grandson and I went to the Conyers store and placed an order, they said it would be 45 minutes to an hour wait which was fine, we waited 2hrs I ask the waiter about my order and it was never placed, I ask for the manager , she came out I told her the situation, she said let me check, then another 30 minutes went by my grandson got restless so we had to leave without our order.The cashier apologized to us I left my card for the manager to call she never did.

Suggested solution:

Make it right , we spent 3 hours of our Sunday wasting our weekend just to get an order we never got.
