My complaint:
This is my 6th email concerning this matter. I have not received a reply from any of my previous emails (1220, 1229, 13, 110 and 121). On 12.18.2021, we stopped at your store in Calhoun GA. Enjoyed a nice meal and did a little shopping in the store. Once we arrived home, I discovered we were charged twice for one of the purchased items (trans OT-00000111817 Item 566885.IQ Fit Game $12.99). It concerns me that we were overcharged and now Cracker Barrel doesn’t respond to my emails. Both are not good examples of a company I do not want to do business with.
Suggested solution:
I would like a response to my concerns and a refund for the overcharge.
