My complaint:

i think cracker barrel is a very good restaurant. my family has eaten at cracker barrel since the store in lebanon tennessee opened in the 1970 s.yesterday i ordered carry out for the 1st time and arrived 15 minutes after ordering like they said.upon arriving i was told they didnt have any order from me.i showed them my ation number 6885104079896576 they said they didn’t have this order.after 30 minutes of conversion with 2 managers my order was located. when ask the manager said he didn’t know what had happened.by this time the food was cold and no offer was made to cook new food.no apology ws given and we ate cold meals..this is not the cracker barrel service i have gotten used to in the past 50 years.

Suggested solution:

this is not about the money it is the lack of concern shown by the manager
