My complaint:
Over ONE YEAR i have waited for compass mining to activate my complete bundle of 8 machines. I have been so proactive filing multiple support tickets, I continue to email them now daily and reference all the tickets i have filed over ONE YEAR! i am so fed up. this is after io lose lots of thousands of dollars in their bad deal with bit ant in russia and we lose that equipment too. At this point, i want out of their company becuase i think something illicit is going on in that they never ever ever reply nor get me online with my entire bundle. I am also paying for hosting from them for stuff that isnt hashing. AT ALL; I want to file a complaint and I want some resolution and compesnationf ro my huge investment in mining equipment taht for ONE WHOLE YEAR HASNT BEEN ACTIVATED
Suggested solution:
Either pay me back the entire amount i spent for the machine that has never ever hashed or compensate m,e for the yewar that i have waited, or buy back my equipment AT FULL PRICE and let me move then f on.
