My complaint:
Purchased 2 miners back in April 2022 to be on line in August. They finally came on line in January 2023, post crypto crash but fine. And then they bill me for full monthly fees for January in February -double invoice in my feb billing for jan and feb, I paid feb and question jan on Feb 3rd.No reply and they auto invoice late fee for my whole account (I have 4 miners hosted by them). I have been reaching out to them via ticketing since their 800 number just disconnects when you try and talk to support. They are forcing me to pay what ever I get invoices and then charge ate fees and by their disclosures take my miners offline if I dont pay in full.
Suggested solution:
stop overcharging me -via double invoice on my jan invoice. And reverse the late fees because you didnt respond in time.
