My complaint:
I have sent the front and back of my Colorado driver’s license over two does times to Coinbase. Yet I keep getting the same form letter even though it tells me to do what I have already done over two dozen times.
Suggested solution:
Coinbase charges 3% for a buy and sell, which is very high for a commission-free world. They should have phone service but they do not. I can deposit money in my Coinbase account easily. It should be just as easy to withdraw the money and send it to my bank account. I want access to my money. I have followed the instructions and only get a form letter as mentioned above in the complaint.. Bottom line customers need better service and access the their money. See above. I want my money back. You can close my account if that is what it takes. You could always send me a check.
