My complaint:
I have contacted them through support NUMEROUS times in different combinations of the issue choices they provide. Every time I get the same exact response. NO ONE at Coinbase is providing support. If you reply to the ticket you will ALWAYS get “”Cannot be reopened” response that the ticket is closed and to open a new ticket (but see above for how that will go).
Suggested solution:
Provide suitable support, not auto replies with links to articles we already know exist.
