My complaint:
For the last three weeks my Coinbase account has been disable. I am not able to trade, sell, buy, deposit or withdraw. basically all features are disable. I have contacted Coinbase multiple times. Every time I call I get a different answer. last week I was told that my account has been restricted for 30 days because I made a deposit but found where not available when Coinbase try to withdraw the money. I took care that issue in just two days. I also was told that nothing can be done until April 2 because my account is under review. it has been under review for 3 weeks. When I called three weeks I let the agent know that I have need for the money. I just got here in the US 4 family members fir which I need to provide shelter, food, cloth, and every need they have.
Suggested solution:
The should have notified me the real reason why my account is disable, and why there was not a single notification from Coinbase in regard to my account status
