My complaint:

Coinbase Customer Support,
First of all I am totally mind boggled that I am having to reach out again after exactly three weeks of bring my scam fraud to your attention. Along with there not being a customer support line to assist people when something like this happens. To me it almost criminal in its self. Sure there is a customer support line but you know as well as I do it is impossible to get a live person on the phone. So I am going to ask to what lengths do I have to go to in getting your attention over this matter? Because I have not only been frauded out of all thsi money but I can’t even log into my coinbase account to make any transactions or to view. This needs immediate attention.

I don’t want you to think that I am being impatient but I can’t tell you how worried I have been about this scam fraud that happened to me. I also wanted to mention that in January this year I was able to transfer my bitcoin from coinbase to a trezor. But for some reason I was not able to transfer my ETH or XRP onto the trezor wallet. I tried several times and just gave up. Then I need to say that I am expecting a large settlement from and Insurance Company any day now and wanted to invest into bitcoin and some altcoins. But I am not even able to log into my account. I hope you are able to find out who that was that transferred my funds into their accountI and you understand all my concerns.

I am not sure how long I am suppose to waite to get a response about what has happened to me.I know that that response I received right away when I filed the complaint was nothing other then an automated response So do you want me to escalate this situation?

Suggested solution:

First of all there should of been a better response to my claim and not some automated email responce and absolutely nothing since after waiting three weeks for a response. No phone calls email or anything. I believe someone with the severity of the situation should phone me to discuss what can be done about this.
