My complaint:
I was told my funds would be available starting March 9. I had made several bank deposits. To purchase tether and bitecoin. This was not my first time. Then on the date of release I was denied the ability to send. So I sold everything it would let me to transfer back to my bank. They charged me 150.then wouldn’t let me send
Locked my account and now say I have to wait till may.9th before they will start to release
Suggested solution:
Let have access to my money in my account.
