My complaint:
An authorised transaction took place in my coinbase wallet account and I reported the issue. Coinbase does not want to take the responsibility to refund me as my bitcoin worth $1639 just disappear just like that. I have contacted them and they are refusing to refund me. They never send any security notification during the unauthorised transaction, even if it Is unauthorised, a transaction notification is always sent for me authorised it but this tone nothing came through and my money just disappeared just like that.
