My complaint:
I am missing Bitcoin there were no transactions so it is an internal issue. i reported it which locked my account. the followed the instructions to unlock my account. support has ghosted me. i realize they need to figure out what happen to the bitcoin. there is no need for my account to still be locked. i need to put my coins in a wallet before more shady stuff goes down. I may need to sell or may want to buy. i can’t do anything but worry that i am going to be another story like the 1oos of ppl online that this has happened to. many of them have 0$ balances once they regain access.
Suggested solution:
Give me access to my account. explained what happened and resolve it by fixing the glitch and restore my funds.
