My complaint:
I had sent a bitcoin address to receive funds from another account. i copied and pasted the address to the individual sending the funds as well as double checked to insure accuracy.
After several days the support team got back to me and requested several pieces of information which I provided.
They had came back and stated that the address I sent them was not associated with my account and to follow the link to view the addresses associated. SO I followed the link and the address I sent them was indeed there. I took a screenshot of the address page, the bitcoin address and the QR code.
Their last email said that for lack of a better term since the address isn’t associated with my account , tough. They said Maybe I sent it somewhere else
No it is the right code and I would ;like my money
