My complaint:
I have trouble to log in and after trying a password reset and not receiving an email I contacted customer support, however , they can’t access my account. I want to find what is the following steps but they don’t provide any further help. I tried to file a complaint online but is useless, as you don’t seem to be able if you can’t log in to the web either.
So I’m left without further help. I need to look into the matter further but can’t see the way straight away with the customer service they provide.
Suggested solution:
I need to speak to the relevant department who can try to see a log of accounts and tell me at which point they stopped having the account on the system or what has happened to the account associated with the email.
