My complaint:
I lost access to my wallet and I’ve contacted the 4 times and the said there is nothing they can do. Cant look up my username, email, or password. This happened over a year ago and they refuse to help.
Suggested solution:
pay back money stuck in wallet or give me access to wallet. Its around $2,000
