Coinbase complaint: Locked out of my account

My complaint:

Hi there,
This issue has been going on for nearly one year now.
Coinbase Compliance team asked me for ID verification
Which I’ve provided 1 utility bill provided 2 proof of residency provided 3 driving licence provided 3 passport provided 4 income tax payment form provided 5 bank statements provided.

Now the latest they are asking me for payslips I didn’t know that you had to submit payslips to have access to your account.

However I’ve told them that I am a financial speculator and don’t get payslips but they are still asking me to provide payslips I am really fed up with the way I’ve been treated and if I don’t get full access to my account I’m going to sign up with another company.
Ps I’ve sent about 30 emails to Coinbase and everytime I provided what they asked for they asked me for something else.

At one stage I asked them to let me know all at once all of the information they want so that we don’t have to be going backwards and forwards but they totally ignored my request.

Is this a normal practice.
