My complaint:
On Nov 17 I suspected my coinbase account was hacked. I logged on and saw that a couple thousand was being taken so I attempted to contact coinbase to freeze my account to save the rest of my account.
I was put on hold for 20-30 mins while I watched the majority of my account was being taken. I had no way to block that and by the time someone spoke to me there was 72 dollars left.
I am going to file with the SEC and FTC. I dont know what else to do
Suggested solution:
Coinbase was slow in their response to my plea so someone has my money. I wouls like it back. I lost $16,000
