My complaint:
On 0914 Coinbase ed the immediate transmission of USDT to Coinmax once I verified my identity, which I did. It has been 48 hours, and Coinmax has not received the funds, so I’m accruing over $600 daily in penalties from Coinmax due to Coinbase’s error.
Suggested solution:
Immediately transmit cryptocurrency purchased and pay my penalty fees.
