My complaint:

Around July 9, I received notification of two transactions I did not authorize. I requested that coinbase lock my account. After doing this I received some instructions to secure my account which I followed.
Since that time I have requested numerous times to release my account so I can log in. Each time they state a specialist will be assigned to my account and will contact me in 4 to 5 days. This is nothing but a bold face lie since no one from coinbase has ever contacted me.

Suggested solution:

Enable my account immediately, so I can log into my account and property.
